Bah, thats just a few people's opinions on good music.

If you compair pop music from today to classical music from hundreds of years ago, you'll see that they've been using the same chord progressions in pop music for centuries.

It's not all pop music, I saw Hole and the Beastie Boys on there. Hole has ONE song that could be considered Pop, and of course that's the one they chose to put on Rock Band..
